Event Planning

Planning a social or corporate event can be stressful if you have to be both the host and the planner. We’re able to plan any type of event, whether it’s an anniversary, birthday, reunion, education conference, holiday celebration or just an old-fashioned party.

My team at The Event Lady take great pride in creating the most unique special celebrations. No detail is left unturned throughout the planning process such as venue selection and management, appointment and supervision of creative partners and vendors that align with the clients budget and aesthetic, catering and menu planning, etiquette advice, the creation of detailed timelines, budget development and maintenance, integration of all design and production elements, and priority access to the Event Lady team from start to finish.

Event Management & Production

The key to a successful event is to have someone there to handle all of the production aspects so that you can enjoy your guests or be a host to your VIP’s.

Past the development of the theme and concept of the event, The Event Lady will work through all planning stages of the event to produce a turn-key event. We set-up and manage your event while its happening to make sure every aspect is managed and runs smoothly. We handle each detail to very end.

Day of wedding coordinator

If you have the availability to plan all of your wedding on your own, yet want assistance in some of the design details, or overall management of vendors and production of your wedding day. We provide Day Of Wedding Coordinator service packages starting at $850.

Choosing the right wedding officiant is one of the most important decisions you’ll make during the wedding planning process. The way your ceremony feels will be something you and your families will remember. The Event Lady works closely with each couple to create a fully customized ceremony that celebrates their unique relationship. We are licensed in the state of Maryland with through Universal Life Church. Wedding Officiant services start at $150.
